- Providing conflict-free diamonds. Every diamond sold must comply with the Kimberley Process and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties
- Continue their gemological and jewelry education, always improving their knowledge and keeping up with trends in jewelry and ethical business practices.
- Not deceiving customers, employees, vendors, etc.
- Compete fairly and never talk bad about competitors
